He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Edgar Hodges and Mary Magdelene Hutchins Hodges; his wife Margaret "Margie" Louise Robbins Hodges; his daughter Terry Jane Ford; his stepson Steve Lane; and his siblings, Doris Childress, Juanita Otero and Gene Hodges.
He is survived by: his daughter Jo-Del "Jodie" Hodges of High Point; his stepson Tracey Lane (Jamie) of High Point; his stepdaughter-in-law Karen Lane of Trinity; his grandchildren, Dakota Hodges, Hannah Hodges, Loretta Guden (Scott), Chris Hardy, Bradley Hardy, Amanda Ford, Ellie Lane and Aydan Lane; and his siblings, Karen Hutchens of Elkins and Darrell Jester of Boonville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
