He was predeceased by: his father William S. Holley, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Donald Edward Holley; his grandchildren, Cash, Willow, Eli, Corbin, Alexander and Rosalie; his mother Olivia Crisp Holley; his stepfather Donald Bien; his stepdaughter Haley Nealey; his sisters, Olivia Knight (Robert) and Vera Holley; and his nieces, Jessica, Christine, Kimberly and Melissa. He is also survived by 10 great-nieces and great-nephews along with one great-great-nephew.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 S. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 28105.
