It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Rogers of Highlands, North Carolina, who passed away on October 20, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Claude Rogers; and his sister Claudia James Nelson. He is survived by : his wife Genevieve Rogers; his children, Michael Rogers (Tina), Penny Houston (Max) and Mark Rogers (Lori); his grandchildren, Magie Barden (Chris), Courtney Welch (Josh), Alexandra Lewis (Austin), Carrington Houston (Kristen), Clayton Partain, Brooke Wooten (Josh), David Rogers, Sarah Rogers, Nicole Holbrooks, Brett Gibson, Adrienne Watts and Colton Gibson; and his sister Linda Williams (Ray). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
