He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy M. Hall and Verdie Barber Hall. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, John Richard Hall (Susan), Timothy Mark Hall (Nancy), Daniel Bruce Hall (Angela) and Lisa Marie Hall (Allan); his daughter-in-law Kathy Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Andrew Hall, Angela Bailey (Stacey), Jenny Hall, Tyler Hall (Gabby), Amy McCartney (Matt), Daniel J Hall (Hanna), Joseph Hall (Heidi) and Bonnie Sanders (Chris). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Highlands United Methodist Church (315 Main St, Highlands, NC 28741). Around the time that COVID forced them into isolation in 2020, Evelyn and Bill both began to face some physical challenges.
