He is survived by: his mother Ruby Estelle Webb Keener; his children, Selena Ann Keener, Bridget Dawn Keener and Miles Matthew Keener; and his siblings, Ervin Keener (Debra), Bruce Keener, Gail Garland, Janice Demore (Ronald), Joan Estes and Hilda Brown (Randy). He is also survived by several grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
