She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Allen (Ed); her parents, Chester Bass and Ruby Bass Garris (Mason); her brother Michael Bass; and her grandchild Racheal Allen.
She is survived by: her daughter Renee Raynor Gooch; her grandchildren, Cathy Fahle (Steve) and Mark Allen (Charla); her sister Connie Lee (Jerry); her siblings-in-law, George Allen, Ramona Barbour, Janet Padrick (Pal) and Shirley Willett; her grandchildren, Miranda Gooch, Andrea Sauls, Jill Allen, Sean Fahle and Bradley Allen; and her sibling's children, Tina Sutton and Jerry Lee (McKenzie). She is also survived by great grandchildren, 3 great nephews, 2 great nieces, and 2 great-great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lawrence Road Baptist Church (1901 Lawrence Rd, Hillsborough, NC 27278). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
