Charles Grey touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Grey Frazier and Mary Pope Frazier; and his son David Williams (Teri). He is survived by: his wife Edna'Dinky'Frazier; his children, Marvin Frazier (Beth), Mark Frazier, Charlie Frazier and Angie Livingston (Jamie); and his siblings, Stacy Frazier, Doug Frazier (Jean), Bill Frazier and Joyce Frazier. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
