With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harvey Walker Maynard Jr. in Hillsborough, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 6, 2025 at the age of 61. In the vast expanse of eternity, Harvey Walker shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Harvey Walker farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Walker Maynard, Sr. and Gaynelle Bevins Maynard; and his sister Sherry Maynard Teeters. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Grace Maynard; and his sibling's children, Chasity Maynard Cobb and Robert "Clinton" Teeters III.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that contributions be made to The American Heart Association or The Rockingham County Animal Shelter.
