She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Keogh and Elizabeth Kaiser Newman; her husband James Russell; her brother John Keogh; and her granddaughter Heather Womble.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Russell (Gwyn); her grandsons, Tyler Russell, Benjamin Russell and Jed Womble; her great grandchildren, Jace Womble, Kale Womble, Jayden Bedwell, Riley Russell and Elias Russell; and her nephew Ben Keogh.
