She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton T. Phelps and Gladys Rountree Phelps; and her brother-in-law Michael Andrade. She is survived by: her siblings, Sydney Andrade of Virginia Beach and Brian T Phelps (Sandy Wood Phelps) of Hillsborough, NC; her siblings' children, Lyndsay Hamby, Brian Liebler (Caitlin), Matthew Liebler Blair Phelps (Julie) and Brad Riley (Kaci); and her great-niece Kitty Charles Raymond Phelps.
