It is with sadness that the passing of Cathie Slack of Holden Beach, North Carolina is shared. Cathie, born on May 2, 1947, passed away on October 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Cathie will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Baumgartner and Mary Palfy Baumgartner. She is survived by: her husband Roy Slack; her sister Maryann Wallace; her sister-in-law Bonita Baumgartner; and her cousins, Ron Pukl and Jane Nataro. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren; three nieces and two nephews.
