He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Bush, Sr. and Ruth Howard Bush; his wife Hazel Parker Bush; his son Ernie Bush; and his sister Ada Jean Bush Hobbs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Rowe (Clifton) of Holly Ridge and Vennie James (David) of Holly Ridge; his grandchildren, Tammy Snodgrass, Lisa Snodgrass and Matthew James; and his caregivers, Leslie D'Antonio, Larry Williams and Kathy McMahan. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
