He is survived by: his wife Joann Moore; his children, Margie Peralta (Tony) and Jerry Moore, Jr.; and his grandsons, Steven Lanier and Daniel Lee Moore.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (207 N Dyson St, Holly Ridge, NC 28445). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Victory Baptist Church (205 Sound Rd, Holly Ridge, NC 28445). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (110 Montford Landing Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Victory Baptist Church Building Fund at PO Box 301 Holly Ridge, North Carolina.
