He is survived by: his wife Cora Necaise; his daughter Victoria Nelms (Larry Nelms); his grandchildren, Jesse, Elizabeth and Cora Nelms; his daughter Patricia Banks (Carl Banks); his granddaughters, Alyssa and Serena Banks; his daughter Rebecca Jeffries (Casey Jeffries); his grandchild Alaina Jeffries; and his siblings, Gary Necaise, Maureen Stuckey, Athena Capello, Theresa Kling, Belinda Madanat and Nadine Harvey.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to The Assistance Fund (TAF) in Orlando, Florida, in Norman's memory.
