He is survived by: his wife Linda Query; his children, Karin Vince Barone, Tim Vince (Tonya Vince), Dana Query Stubbs (Sam Stubbs) and Erin Query Martinez (Louie Martinez); his sister Carol Query Baker (Steve Baker); and his grandchildren, Ava Barone, Chloe Barone, Aiden Vince, Logan Vince, Colin Vince, Abbey Stubbs, Jack Stubbs, Brianna Martinez, Sierra Martinez and Joshua Martinez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Sunset Lake Lodge (5664 Sunset Lake Rd, Holly Springs, NC 27540).
