Garcia (Amanda); his grandchildren, Mariah, Juliet, Kiri, Lydia, Arlee, Opal and Magnus; his father Eugene Bell; and his siblings, Missy Halsey (George), Sonia Jones (Ed) and Gary Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
