In loving memory of Cray Patty O'Fay of Hope Mills, North Carolina, born in Paris, Kentucky, who departed this world on May 2, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Fay and Nettie Robb; his daughter Richelle Pittman (Russell); his siblings, Mary Francis Hopkins, Mike Fay, William Fay and James Edwards Fay; and his close friend John Burris Lesley Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Jenell O'Fay; his daughter Dinah Alvarado (Alex) of Fayetteville; his brothers, Tommy Fay (Peggy), JC Fay (Becky) of Kentucky and Danny Fay (Martha) of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jonah O'Fay, Athena Alvarado, Alexander Alvarado Jr., Nicole Lemke, Paige Lemke and Steven Lemke. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cape Fear Baptist Church (100 Indian Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28312). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
