He was predeceased by: his father Larry Quenton Hooker. He is survived by: his mother Rachel Ann Hooker of Sanford, NC; his siblings, Jonel S. Headen of Sanford, NC, Latroy D. Hooker of Hope Mills, NC, Angie of Vass, NC, Stephanie of Cameron, NC and Natalie Hooker of Sanford, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Janiya Headen, Jonel S. Headen, Jr., Lakarya Hooker (KayKay), Navaeh Hooker and Nadia Hooker. He is also survived by cousins, uncles, and aunts.
