It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ellen Dew of Hope Mills, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Ingalls, Sr. and Bertha Ingalls; her parents-in-law, Owen James Dew, Jr. and Christine Mildred Dew; her brother Clyde Christopher Ingalls, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Owen F. Dew.

She is survived by : her husband Mike Dew; her daughter Rev. Christy E. Dew (Christina); her sister Dianne Brown (Pat); her siblings-in-law, Terry Ingalls, Jimmy Dew (Elsie), Johnnie Dew (Charlotte) and Tony Dew (Barbara); her cousins, Phillip Smith, Barbara Allen and Ada Hauser (Jim); and her nieces and nephews, Rene (Jason), Layla (Shane), Jessie, Kenneth, Kevin (Amanda), Melissa (McCall), Brooke (Kendall), Misty, Melinda (Charlie), Amy (Chris), Hannah (Bryan), Eric (Krista), Matt and Sarah (Roger).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Back Pack Buddies of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, 3350 Butler Nursery Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306.
