He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sisters, Ruth Ann Newman (Walter) of Pittsburgh, PA, Barbara Strickler (Robert) and Diane Horning (Walter); his children, Scott Payne (Candace) and Shelly Doyle (Justin) of Okeechobee; and his brother-in-law Charles LaFresh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
