She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Leslie Smith Jr. (Bob); her parents, Clarence Marvin Blackman and Annie Pernella Massengill Blackman; and her brother Danny Hal Blackman. She is survived by: her brother Clarence Marvin Blackman Jr. of Raleigh, NC; her sister-in-law Peggy Winborne of Benson, NC; her nieces and nephews, Ricky Smith (Donna (Greenville), Tim Smith (Jacki (Fayetteville), Leslie Smith and David Smith (Sallie (Raleigh); her grandchildren, Ryan Smith (Brooke), Amy Smith, Eric Smith (Molly), Stephanie Miller (Roger) and Drew Smith (Jess); her great grandchildren, Elsey, Sadey, Bonnie, Harper, Hadley, Hank, Henley, Hudson and Addison; and her caregivers, Kathy Colosky, Chelsea Locklear and Caitlin Cox.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent in Jackie's honor to Hope Mills Methodist Church.
