He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Franks and Lottie Franks (Chmielewski); and his sister Carolyn Reitenbach (Franks). He is survived by: his children, Don Franks (Nell) and Amy Naugle; his grandchildren, Camden, Colbie Franks and Memphis Naugle; and his friend Ralph. He is also survived by his family, but countless friends.
