He is survived by: his father Juan Martinez; his wife Sharon; his caregiver Sharon Martinez; his stepmother Miriam Martinez; his son Timothy Martinez; his stepsons, Buddy Horne (Tiffany) and Christopher Horne (Lynn Dee); his grandchildren, Delany, Liberty and Lydia Horne; his brothers, Andy Leandry, Orlando Martinez and Jerry Martinez; and his brother-in-law Tony Beasley (Cindy). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
