She was predeceased by : her parents, Haywood McIntyre and Sarah Smith McIntyre; her daughter Elizabeth Ann Willard; her siblings, Haywood McIntyre, Jr., Franklin McIntyre, Mary Lou Jackson, Peggy Phipps, Elizabeth Boland, Doris Green and Sarah "Jackie" McIntyre; and her grandson Joshua Willard.

She is survived by : her husband James Willard, Sr.; her children, Jake Willard (Renee), James Willard, Jr. and Judy Lee Thomas (Donald); her grandchildren, Casey Hatley (James Walters), Emily Rembert (Joshua), Elizabeth Ann Willard, Jake Willard Jr., Heaven Thomas and Julius Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Frankie, Lilyann, Joshua, Zachary, Brenden, Alyssa, Aaron, Ka'lel, Leann and Lena.
