She was predeceased by : her husband Weldon Jene Davis; her son Weldon Jay Davis; her parents, David Horne and Ettie Horne; and her siblings, Billy Suggs, Thurman Suggs, James Suggs, Jessie Horne, David Earl Horne, Ellen Sutton, Margie Kirskey and Glenda Jackson.
She is survived by : her daughter Renee Davis of Hope Mills; her granddaughters, Deleney of Florida, Bertie Godwin of Roseboro and Andrea Hudson of Roseboro; and her close friends, Chris York and Roberta Fance. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
