She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Mackie Carter (Patricia) and Cindy Carter; her husband Charles Joseph "C. J." Parow II; her daughters, Taylor Belch (Parker) and Lauren Parow; her granddaughter Raelyn Belch; her sister Crystal Gwin; and her nieces, Andrea and Brittney Gwin.
