Shields (Freddy) and Janet Banks. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, foster children; other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cape Fear Conference B Headquarters Building (10225 Fayetteville Rd, Raeford, NC 28376). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
