He is survived by : his wife Deborah Underwood; his children, Tasheena Sampson of Clinton, NC, Tanesha Underwood of Hope Mills, NC and Reginald Underwood, II of Fayetteville, NC; and his siblings, Luther Underwood of Roseboro, NC and Madeline Davis of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
