Richard Anthony Pataky Obituary

We bid farewell to Richard Anthony Pataky (Hope Mills, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 8, 2026 at the age of 87. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Pataky; and his son Brian Pataky. He is survived by: his daughters, Janine McLaughlin (Glenn), Diana Harris (Norman Jr.), Heather Botto (Ed) and Nancy Cole (Mike); his grandchildren, Daniell Pataky, Devin Ellis, Kelly Smith-Simons, Norman Harris III, Brittney Sheffer, Ryan Botto, Joseph Botto, Amanda Botto, Branden Cole and Alexander Savage; and his brother David Pataky. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
