Smith Jr. (Valerie) of Parkton, NC, Sandy S. Smith (Donna) of Wade, NC, Michael W. Smith (Sheila) of Parkton, NC and Anthony W. Smith (Tammy) of Parkton, NC.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
