He is survived by: his wife Rosie; his daughter Morgan W. Milligan; his granddaughters, Katelyn-Yvonne and Charlotte Elizabeth; his sisters, Wilhelmina McKinnon, Edna Milligan and Doretha Thompson; and his mother-in-law Lucille Brown. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church (400 Campbell Ave, Fayetteville, NC 28301). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
