She was predeceased by: her parents, L. "Red" Brackett and Betty Howell Brackett; and her brother Charles B. "Skeet" Brackett. She is survived by: her husband Rick Bridges; her son Douglas B. Blackburn, Jr. of Cherryville; her brother Arnold Brackett (Nancy) of Dallas; her sister-in-law Libby Brackett of Cherryville; her nieces, Miranda Thornburg (Adam) and Bessie Brackett; her nephew Matthew Brackett (Angie); her great-nephews, Otto and Emmett Thornburg; and her son Hoyle Street of Cherryville, NC.
