She was predeceased by: her parents, Euell Ingram Fitzpatrick and Dennis Fitzpatrick (Jim Newbold); her aunt Connie Ingram Bradshaw; her uncles, Keith Ingram and Robin Ingram; and her father-in-law Graham Bishop.
She is survived by: her husband Joel Bishop; her daughter Isabel Bishop; her siblings, Tonya Newbold and Jay Newbold; and her friends, Bleu and Blue Heeler.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 1951 NC-63, Hot Springs, NC 28743. Lisa and Joel navigated the challenges of loss of work in the hospitality industry during the 2020 pandemic but persevered, remaining in the Asheville area and ultimately shifting to non hospitality roles, committed to serving the community they'd spent 20 years together building.
