He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Eleen, Sr. (Rusty) and Thelma Jean Nash Eleen; his daughter Kelly Robin Eleen; and his brothers, David Eleen and Allen Eleen.
He is survived by: his significant other Cassie Eleen; his granddaughter Zoe Jean Toler (PJ) of Maysville; his great grandchild Lila Rose; and his nephew David Eleen.
