He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Andrew H. Kreamer Sr. and Emma Wilson Kreamer; his wife Charleen A. Kreamer; his son SgtMaj Howard L. Kreamer (Melanie E. Kreamer); his granddaughters, Regan N. Friedrich and Madeline E. Woody; and his great grandchildren, Liam Woody, Jameson Lunsford and Georgia Woody.

“Aunt Char, Uncle Howard was more than an uncle to me, he was a true role model of what a husband a father should be like. He always made us feel very welcomed in your home. Some of my favorite memories as a child was spending time with the both of you. I know very few people that are as hardworking, selfless and has as much integrity as Uncle Howard.
