She is survived by: her children, Lisa Dean Adams, Hubert James Adams, Jr. (Tonya) and Jonathan Pate Adams (Jennefer Kopczynski); her sister Elizabeth Dean Caldwell; her grandchildren, Christopher, Charles, Kevin (Kathryn), Julianna (Marc Luchau), Megan (Alex Barnes), Cathryn and Anna Adams; and her great grandchildren, Ezra, Spencer Adams, Charlotte and Clara Luchau.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the McEwen Funeral Service-Mint Hill Chapel (7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Rd, Charlotte, NC 28227). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Sunset Memory Gardens (8901 Lawyers Rd, Mint Hill, NC 28227).
