He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Spangler and Erma Ward Spangler. He is survived by: his wife Penny Fullen Spangler; his children, Buck Spangler (Beth), Tammy Haddox (Matt), Molly Shoemaker (Curt) and Deidra Marques (John); his grandchildren, Mallory (Logan), Natalie, Ryan, Kendall, Lauren, Ethan, Matthew, Emily Jo and Ella; his great grandchildren, Shelby and Wrenley; and his siblings, Randy Spangler (Sherry), Terry Spangler (Brenda) and Sis (Kenny).
