Shults (Philip), Rebecca A Tucker (James) and Amy S Rhudy (Leland); his grandchildren, Sabrina Burch, Hiliary Montooth, Michael Shults, Daniel Shults, Justin Orten, Jonathan Street, Nathan Rhudy, Ashley Mitchell and Molly Borum; his siblings, Chuck Street (Ellen), Randy Street (Darby) and Brenda; and also, Dale, Vivian Sue Edgington (Rick) and Patricia Cox (Roger). He is also survived by 17 Great Grandchildren.
