She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bentley and Faye Adkins Bentley; her children, Douglas Ray Arnett and Dawn Renee Arnett (Charlie Hoffer); and her pet Sadie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Webb, Donna Sutton, Drema Arnett and Darlene Hahn (Chad Shuford); her siblings, John Bentley, Shirley Caudill and Wade Bentley (Frances); her grandson Michael Trivett; and her husband Charlie. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
