She is survived by: her mother Amanda McKinney; her husband William Harter; her children, Carter Gage Westbrook and Mason Wyatt Westbrook; her brother Vinny McKinney (Natasha Bebble); her cousins, Dylan Johnson, Ayron Johnson, Jack Tapper, Savannah Tapper, Brigit Johnson, Korbyn, Payton, Shelby Tapper, Cooper Johnson and Riley Leatherman; Addyson Tapper. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hudson United Methodist Church (383 Main St, Hudson, NC 28638).
