With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dianne Penland Coffey of Hudson, North Carolina, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 21, 2024 at the age of 66. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dianne Penland Coffey to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Penland and Elizabeth Bolick Penland; and her brother Harold Penland. She is survived by : her children, Jodi Trivette and Dustin Coffey (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Kayleigh Ellis, Kross Coffey, Nora Coffey and Brayden Biddix; her siblings, Donna Marie Greer (Chip), Donna Sue Penland and Leon Suttles; her niece Deana Biddix (Geoff); and her nephews, Donny Greer (Crystal), Gary Greer and Tommy Greer (Mona).

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans Funeral Service (1070 Taylorsville Rd SE, Lenoir, NC 28645).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Amorem, 902 Kirkwood Street, Lenoir, NC 28645.The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at both Caldwell UNC Health and Amorem.
