He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton Blevins and Clemmie Blevins; his siblings, Kathy, Shirley, Elmer and Mitchell; and his son Jeffrey Douglas Blevins.
He is survived by: his daughter Ginger Kendrick (Bobby); the mother of his children Erma Blevins; his grandchildren, Ashley Crockett (Dennis), Chelsea Crockett Triplett, Blake Blevins and Aaron Blevins; his great grandchildren, Tray, Eyland, Gravlin, Abel, Eddie, Lincoln, Haven, Jordan, Teagan and Terri; and his siblings, Norma Gilmer (Jim), Judy Morgan, Debbie Miller (Jimmy), Marshall Blevins (Barbara) and Otis Blevins (Gail).
