“I am so very sorry for your loss. I met Guy only once and then we talked on the phone some time later. We were going to honor him at our upcoming Caldwell County Welcome Home Reception for Vietnam Veterans. I admired his skill at being a helicopter mechanic as my father was a mechanic after serving the last year of WWII. He was 28 days older than me. We 48ers being the good ones.
