He was predeceased by : his father William Jennings Clarke; and his brother William Lee Clarke. He is survived by : his wife Alice Watson Clarke; his children, Stephen C. Hoyle of Hudson, Daniel A. Hoyle (Lu) of Hudson, James T. "JT" Clarke (Lacey) of Monroe and Tracy Goble (Randy) of Granite Falls; and his sister JoAnn C. Kerfoot (Russell) of Hudson. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
