He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Owens and Mary Owens. He is survived by: his brother Jeff Owens; his sister-in-law Laura Owens; his nephew Matthew Owens; and his son Zaine.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mount Zion Baptist Church (1787 Cajah Mountain Rd, Hudson, NC 28638). A burial was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery (1787 Cajah Mountain Rd, Hudson, NC 28638).
