She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Presnell and Rose Presnell; her siblings, Preston Presnell and Hallie "Trudy" Presnell; her siblings-in-law, Marcus Roberts, James Roberts, Helen Watson, Inez Morrison and Patricia Holt; and her friends, Judy Stafford and Judy Brigham.
She is survived by: her husband Basil Roberts; her children, Phillip Roberts (Erin) and Julie Roberts; her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Roberts and Theresa Barlow; and her pet Tom. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Hermon United Methodist Church (2695 Alfred Hartley Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to Amorem Hospice.
