He is survived by: his wife Kim Shatley; his sons, Richard Shatley, Jr. (Carrie) and Andrew Shatley (Katie); his grandchildren, Paisley, Kinley, Brinley, Jade and Briar Shatley; and his brother Billy Dean Shatley (Cynthia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
