He is survived by: his wife Jondelyn Halterman; his daughter Stephanie Kaylor of Holston, TX; his stepson MacKenzie Halterman of Shepherdstown, WV.; his brothers, Scott Kaylor (Donna), Eric Kaylor (Pamela) and Lanny Rae Kaylor (Michelle Moore); his granddaughters, Zoe Kaylor, Abbey Rae Kaylor and McKenzie Kaylor; and his aunts, Rachel S. Cook, Wanda Ann Shivers and Beulah Ann Kaylor.
