She is survived by : her sons, Richard Smith (Deborah) and Jimmy Smith; her grandchildren, Christopher Smith (Jacklyn), Amanda Smith, Courtney Miles (Michael) and Allison Smith; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Ashlynne, Ashton, Jaylan, Storm, Zander and Waylon; and her siblings, Thomas Cook and Mary Curtis.
