He is survived by: his brother John Manuel (Irma) of Mt; his sister-in-law Sherry English (Tucker) of Spruce Pine; and his nieces and nephews, Alison Manuel, Meredith Manuel, Watasha Manuel, Lucy Manuel, Angelina Manuel, Morgan Grissom, Leon Manuel, Jessica Davis, Clint Manuel (Mary), Dylan Manuel, Charles Packer and Betty Ward. He is also survived by aunts and uncles.
